2. Definitions

2.1 Services

Live sessions, workshops, coaching calls, and events focused on spiritual growth.

2.2 Digital Materials

Downloadable items such as e-guides, audio recordings, video archives, and similar info products.

2.3 Products

Physical items including printed guides, workbooks, journals, and other tangible merchandise.

3. Booking and Access

Bookings for services are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Access credentials or session details will be provided via email. Digital materials become available immediately after purchase. Physical products will ship within the timeframe indicated at checkout.

4. Refund and Transfer Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellations at least 7 days before the scheduled session date qualify for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another session once if you notify us at least 24 hours before the original session. Certain intensives or bespoke packages are explicitly non-refundable. This policy is necessary due to preparation and limited availability.

4.2 Digital Materials

Due to immediate delivery, digital materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4.3 Products

You may ship back unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Once we inspect the shipment and confirm its condition, we will reimburse the purchase amount minus any handling fees. Shipping costs for sending back items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
